You can simply and securely fax us the prescription and demographic information for your patient or choose one of our easy to use enrollment forms. We will handle the insurance verification process for your patient’s medical and drug benefit. We assist with prior authorizations and any additional paperwork needed for the insurance company (when allowed by law or the insurer).
FOLLOW-UP
Vital Care will be there for you and your patients, from the first day until the last day of your patient’s therapy. Our clinical staff will routinely call your patients to help achieve the best possible outcomes. We work closely with you to monitor compliance and adherence of each patient. Vital Care will always contact your patient before delivering their medications, and we will also remind you if a refill request is needed.
